Precision Fabrication is a full-service sheet metal fabricating facility with a Trumpf laser, one Amada turret press, two Amada brakes, three welding booths, and an Amada shear.
With skilled welders capable of handling steel, stainless, and aluminum, our shop is fully equipped to handle your production needs, whether it is a single prototype item or a quantity run of thousands.
Our Amada CNC turret punch press minimizes production delays. This features 44-position turrets with auto-indexing stations. Multiple in-house programming stations feed set-up and punch command information directly to punch press.
Our Trumpf laser features include a 3200-watt CO2 laser. The machine is capable of handling up to 5/8″ thick, 4′ x 8′ stainless steel plates. When cutting common materials, such as 16-gage steel, the laser can cut at speeds over 300 inches per minute.
Our Amada shear is a ten foot, 1/4″ capacity shear w/automatic digital back gauge control & sheet supports is used to prepare sheet metal for the turret punch press.
Welding of all types is available. Aluminum, steel and stainless are all commonly welded in three fully equipped welding bays.
Our Amada press brakes with the multi-axis CNC controls are used to bend sheet metal parts after laser cutting or punching. In-house press brake tooling is available to handle a wide range of material thickness and bend radius requirements.
Our Ensis Amada Laser uses proprietary fiber laser technology to process both thin & thick materials
without a cutting lens change or manual setup. The 3KW fiber engine incorporates technology that
optimizes the laser mode & beam parameter product (BPP) based on the material thickness being
processed. This achieves high-speed cutting in thin material, a key capability of fiber technology, &
the ability to process thick plate efficiently. Click the images below to see a larger image:
